Dr Pallavi Narayan brings extensive experience in higher education and publishing, with significant teaching and academic work in Singapore. A PhD from IIT Delhi, she has taught and mentored over 1,500 students and designed Communication Skills courses at O.P. Jindal Global University, Ahmedabad University, and IIT Delhi. Her international teaching portfolio includes substantial experience at the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, as well as lecturing engagements at Symbiosis International University, KRVIA, and the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Parul gupta is a passionate communications trainer and coach. She has trained more than 10000 students over her a decade long career. Apart from training thousands of students at Indian institute of Chartered Accountants and Indian institute of Company Secretaries , she has also been part of the core committee responsible for designing and developing curriculum for ICAI soft skills training, which is conducted PAN India .

She has also trained senior Railway officers and Delhi police as part of Mission Karmayogi - a Government of India initiative.

Zarah brings over 23 years of experience in training, facilitation, and behavioural coaching. She specialises in communication, emotional intelligence, and professional development across corporate and academic environments. She has worked with leading institutions and organisations, delivering programs on leadership, business communication, POSH compliance, and campus-to-corporate readiness. Her work includes designing interview mastery programs, conducting large-scale training sessions, and coaching diverse learners globally.

Her approach focuses on delivering structured, practical, and impact-driven learning experiences that build confidence and workplace effectiveness.

Trainer & Program Manager

Mahima brings a strong foundation in training, facilitation, and program management. She has previously worked with the Times Group (Corporate Training) and comes from an L&D background of the Ed-tech industry. She has worked with renowned names across industries. Some of which include TATA Group, Vodafone Idea, Reliance, and Conglomerate like Thermax. She has also contributed to the Indian Government’s Capability Building Commision initiative and managed projects for international organizations like Qatar National Bank & Hamad International Airport (HIA).
